Imdad Baloch is a seasoned º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù policy analyst, EdTech strategist, and researcher currently enrolled in PhD in International Education Policy Program at the College of Education, º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù, College Park. With over twenty years of professional experience in º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù and international development sectors in Pakistan, he has played pivotal roles in spearheading large-scale º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëùal reforms. His academic background includes two master's degrees from prestigious institutions, the UCL Institute of Education and the Aga Khan University, complemented by certifications in project management and leadership. Imdad Baloch has held significant positions throughout his career, including Country Co-Lead & EdTech Specialist at Results for Development and various leadership roles at RTI-International, World Learning and Save the Children. His work on projects funded by USAID and FCDO has emphasized transformative change in the º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù sector. He is fluent in multiple languages. His research contributions cover a wide range of critical areas in º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù, from teacher professional development to developing innovative distance learning solutions and analyzing the impact of global crises on º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù systems. His work addresses immediate º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëùal challenges and provides long-term strategies for improving the quality and accessibility of º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù in Pakistan.
