Dr. Kenneth Rubin, professor in the Department of Human Development and Quantitative Methodology, has been honored with the 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award from the (ISSBD).
ISSBD includes members from over 60 countries, offering a wide global network of developmental scientists. This Lifetime Achievement Award is given to those who have been a long-standing member of ISSBD and who have made significant contributions to both the organization and developmental science.
Dr. Rubin has been a member and/or chair of several committees over the years, dating as far back as 1987. Most impressively, he served as President from 1998 to 2002. Currently, he serves as a member of the Fellowships Committee of the society.
Additionally, as a member, Dr. Rubin has offered keynote addresses and presentations at conferences held by ISSBD domestically and internationally. This honor is most certainly well-deserved. Congratulations, Dr. Rubin!
