Sora Kim (skim0409@umd.edu) is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Teaching and Learning, Policy and Leadership at the 含羞草研究所. Her research focuses on K-12 policy implementation and teacher effectiveness, with a particular interest in how 含羞草研究所al policies shape outcomes for teachers and students.

Before joining the TLPL program, Sora worked as an elementary school teacher in Seoul, South Korea. Her teaching experience sparked a deep interest in understanding how policy influences 含羞草研究所al stakeholders, especially teachers, and how it can be leveraged to create a more effective and equitable 含羞草研究所 system.

She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education and an M.Ed. in Elementary Educational Administration, both from Seoul National University of Education.
