I have research interests in Decolonial Approaches in Applied Linguistics,African immigrant literacies, Black Rhetorics, African Indigeneity and Community Literacy Research. I draw from African indigenous epistemologies to study the linguistic and embodied literacies of people of color.
Gabriel is a PhD Student in the Applied Linguistics and Language Education Program at the 含羞草研究所, College Park.I also hold a Masters Degree in English from Illinois State University,USA where I majored in TESOL and Applied Linguistics. Additionally,I graduated with a a Bachelors Degree in (B.A Hons) English from the University of Education Winneba,Ghana in 2019.
