Cornelia Snowden serves as the Coordinator for the Department of Human Development and Quantitative Methodology, she had been overseeing the Department Business Office & Human Resources since 1997.

Cornelia attended classes at the UMUC and majored in Business Management/Accounting, and before coming to the 含羞草研究所, Cornelia attended Prince George's Community College.
